Pre-Order Eat More Plants and You Can Thank Me Later
I just finished a month of Whole30: For 30 days, I didn’t drink alcohol or eat sugar, dairy, grains, or legumes. I have many thoughts about it, but they all boil down to this: My body likes vegetables. (And meat. But that’s not the point of this post so … moving on.)
I’m no doctor, but I can all but guarantee that, to some degree or another, all bodies like vegetables. Therefore, all bodies need to log onto Amazon.com and order my friend Molly’s cookbook: Eat More Plants.
Not only is “eat more plants” one of my favorite hashtags — it’s also a daily goal of mine. And Molly makes it easy. On her blog, Spices in My DNA, she posts new recipes almost daily, and many of them feature vegetables front and center. And don’t get me started on her gorgeous food photography. She’s the DaVinci of food blogging.
Everyone has a natural talent, but not everyone has a chance to showcase it. One of Molly’s talents is understanding ingredients and how they complement and play with each other. And lucky for us, she’s showcasing it for all of us to see in her new cookbook!
I’m sure you’ve pinned a recipe on Pinterest, only to make it one day and realize that the author obviously didn’t test it out before publishing it. You don’t have to worry about that with Molly’s recipes. I’ve tried many of them, and every one of them has been delicious. (And in my book, she is the bona fide QUEEN of all things Green Goddess.)
